Return Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items must be returned undamaged, in their original condition with garment tags attached. You will need to provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Start a return
Contact us at with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping is free, we want you to be happy with your purchase!

Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We cannot accept exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your item(s) to let you know the status of your return. Please allow 5 business days for returns to be processed. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment — original shipping charges, duties or tariffs will not be refunded. An $8 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please note it can take 5-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
